These terms apply when you use the QuoteWell website (quotewell.net) and the services provided by Ridge Nelson, doing business as QuoteWell. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

QuoteWell designs and builds websites and related services for home-service contractors and local businesses. The specifics of any paid engagement, including scope, timeline, and price, are set out in the individual proposal or agreement we provide before work begins.

The free mockup

We offer a free homepage mockup as a no-obligation preview. You are under no obligation to purchase. Until you engage us for a paid build, QuoteWell retains all rights to any mockup or preview we create.

Engagements and payment

Paid projects typically begin with a 50% deposit, with the balance due on delivery, unless your proposal states otherwise.
Each build includes the number of revision rounds stated in your proposal.
Prices and package details are described on the site and confirmed in your proposal.

Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website we deliver, including its content and code, with no lock-in. Before full payment, QuoteWell retains ownership of all work in progress. Third-party components (fonts, libraries, stock assets) remain subject to their own licenses.

What we do not guarantee

We build fast, high-quality, conversion-focused websites, but we cannot and do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as a particular number of leads, search rankings, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party tools (for example, for forms, scheduling, analytics, and hosting). Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's terms.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteWell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
