Inspection to final walkthrough

From first look
to final line.

Six named stages. You always know which one the roof is in, what happens next, and what you get at the end. A visible process is the cheapest form of trust there is.

01

Inspect

Read the whole roof.

Document materials, penetrations, ventilation, drainage, flashing, damage, decking, and access. Nothing is specified before the roof is fully read.

02

Specify

Choose the right system.

Match material, underlayment, ventilation, warranty, and budget to the structure and its climate. You get a documented recommendation, not a chalk-line bid.

03

Schedule & protect

Protect what is under the roof.

Confirm the schedule, protect landscaping and the property, and stage the job so your home or building keeps working while the roof comes off.

04

Tear-off & dry-in

Get the roof watertight first.

Remove the old system, assess the decking, and dry the roof in so weather has nowhere to work before the finish system goes on.

05

Install

Control the details.

Install to a documented standard, rebuild the flashing at every wall, valley, and penetration, and keep the job visible as it moves. The details are where roofs fail.

06

Verify

Close with proof.

Final inspection, a magnetic nail sweep, cleanup, photography, warranty documents, and a maintenance record handed over. The job is done when it is documented.

05 · Accountability standardPromises we control

What we owe you,
in writing.

These are commitments about how we work, not claims about the past. They cost nothing to state and everything to break · which is exactly why they belong in writing.

01

Leak-response window

An active leak gets a same-name callback and a dry-in plan before water has time to spread. Sample · specific hours confirmed once operating.

02

Landscape & property protection

Plants, siding, windows, and grounds are protected before tear-off, and the site is left the way we found it · minus the old roof.

03

Magnetic nail sweep

Every job ends with a magnetic sweep of the grounds and gutters. No nails left in the driveway, the lawn, or a tire.

04

Communication cadence

You know who is on the roof, what stage the job is in, and what happens next · without having to chase an update.

05

Documented handover

Photos, warranty papers, and a maintenance record at close. The roof and its paperwork are handed over together.
