Which offer do I need?
You do not have to diagnose that yourself. The Free Lead-Loss Audit looks at where jobs are actually slipping and recommends the smallest fix that addresses it. Sometimes that is a website, more often it is the response and follow-up layer.
Can I start with the Sprint without rebuilding my website?
Yes. If your site is workable and the leak is in response, routing, or follow-up, the Sprint runs on what you already have. We do not rebuild for the sake of rebuilding.
What does the Sprint's stabilization period cover?
30 days of post-launch stabilization for defects inside the agreed scope. If something we configured breaks or misbehaves within scope, we fix it at no charge. New features and ongoing optimization are separate.
How does payment work?
Digital Foundation: deposit before work begins, balance at completion or an agreed milestone. Revenue Recovery Sprint: 50 percent deposit, balance when the written acceptance criteria are met; larger Sprints split the balance across a mid-project milestone. Managed Growth: monthly, with a written scope, an explicit billing start date, and 30-day cancellation.
What is the guarantee?
If the agreed system does not meet the written acceptance tests, the remaining balance is not due until it does. This does not cover delays or failures caused by missing client access, third-party outages, carrier delivery, software changes, or requirements added after scope approval.
Do you guarantee leads, jobs, or ROI?
No, and we would be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on your lead quality, staff follow-through, software, market, and operations. We own delivery, testing, and documentation. The market decides the rest.
Do you replace my CRM or field-service software?
No. We configure the tools you already pay for first, connect the real gaps, and write custom code last. If your current stack can do the job natively, we set it up that way and tell you so.
Is AI a separate offer?
No. AI shows up as a capability inside the Sprint or Managed Growth when it genuinely saves time, not as a product of its own.
Do you run ads?
Landing pages and conversion tracking are part of Managed Growth. Ad management itself is scoped case by case, and the ad spend is always yours.
What happens after the audit?
A short findings call. If a fix makes sense, you see a written scope with acceptance criteria and a fixed price before you commit to anything. If it does not, you keep the audit and owe nothing.
