QuoteWell builds the lead-to-booked-job system for contractors: websites, speed-to-lead automation, estimate follow-up, review requests, and practical AI and admin workflows. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are set out in a written proposal for that project.
The free Lead-Loss Audit
The Lead-Loss Audit is provided free and with no obligation. It is a review of your current setup and a set of recommendations. It is not a contract, and it is not a guarantee of any specific outcome.
No guaranteed results
QuoteWell does not guarantee any specific revenue, number of leads, booked jobs, search ranking, or return on investment.
Any ROI figure, lead-loss estimate, or calculator shown on this site is illustrative only. It is based on the inputs you provide and is not a prediction, promise, or forecast of your results. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, sales process, capacity, and follow-through.
What we do commit to is building a system designed to fix the specific gaps your audit identifies, and doing it to a professional standard.
Reviews and reputation
Any review or reputation tools we set up must follow the rules of each platform, such as Google. We do not gate, filter, fabricate, buy, incentivize, or otherwise manipulate reviews, and we will not build systems that do.
Review requests are sent to real customers about real work. Your reputation is earned, and we build the system to reflect it honestly.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about your business, services, licensing, and any claims you ask us to publish. You are responsible for the legality of the content and claims you request, and for holding any licenses or certifications you present.
Ownership
On full payment for a project, you own the final delivered website. Third-party platforms, software, and licensed assets remain governed by their own terms. Pre-existing QuoteWell methods, templates, and internal tooling remain ours.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteWell is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
